Our Story


Chef  Sergio Amaya

Is from México, studied culinary arts

and started right away to build his carrier working for Boutique Hotels and Fine Dinning Restaurants around Mexico City.

From there he followed his passion working as a Chef

in countries like Canada, Brazil, USA, Italy and Czech Republic.

 He also owned a succesful restaurant in México city in 2011.

Chef  Miguel Basañez
Is from México, studied culinary arts, video and photography. Worked in different restaurants in México City, Cancún

and Montreal, Canada. Working in gastronomy he´s been able

to combine these two careers making video and photo productions for restaurants, hotels and food businesses.

Engr. Esteban Amaya
Is from México, studied gastronomy and sound engineering.
His first job as a bartender was in N.Y City, then worked

as a sub-Chef in a Mexican restaurant in Montreal, Canada.
And co-owned a restaurant in México city with Sergio.
Worked in the advertising business making sound design, music post-production for food brands and music production.

After 2 years working in Prague, Czech Republic..
