The Story Behind Alebrijes

We are two brothers who shared a dream: to create a magical place where friends and families could truly experience traditional Mexican cuisine—flavors we have known, studied, and loved all our lives, along with the vibrant, joyful spirit of our culture.

Combining the passion of a Chef and a Bartender, we joined forces to bring this amazing concept to life, complete with exquisite food, handcrafted drinks, and unforgettable events.
